Dr. Mary Stelma

Dr. Mary Stelma earned her Masters Degree in clinical psychology from Western Michigan University and a Doctorate in Counseling from Michigan State University. She is a cognitive-behaviorist who focuses on helping people learn techniques for managing depression, anxiety, and stress. She has great experience with people who are adjusting to chronic illness.
