Individual Therapy

There are times when a person needs more than family and friends for help. The many benefits available from seeing our therapists include learning new problem-solving skills and coping strategies for a wide range of problems that most people experience at some point in their lives.

Many clients find that our therapists can be a tremendous asset to managing personal growth and family concerns. Often therapists can provide a fresh perspective on a difficult problem. Our therapists help promote a sense of wellbeing and strength to live with the demands of being a modern human.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling includes learning new methods of communication that reduce conflict and fosters increased intimacy. To have a relationship last, couples must become better friends, learn to manage conflict, and create ways to support each other’s hopes for the future.

We work with couples, families, and children to help each person reach the goals they have set for themselves and progress in their personal growth, while growing together as a team.

Children & Adolescents

Our therapists can not only guide you through the maze of parenting skills required to navigate these difficult times but also help your troubled youth develop different ways of coping with today’s complex world.

Therapists can utilize a variety of approaches, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help the entire family, while young children can be helped through play therapy. Some difficulties children experience include sadness, bereavement, anxiety, depression, aggression, and mental performance. These problems can be related to family changes or problems like a split up, illness, or death. Therapists in our practice are interested in your particular circumstances and will individualize an effective treatment plan.
